BULFINCH TRIANGLE, a neighborhood bordered by Merrimac, Canal, and Causeway Sts near the FleetCenter (now Banknorth Garden) in downtown Boston, was also a major industrial area in the city, and the buildings still reflect as such.

The above building, at 112 Canal Street, once housed a manufacturer of chairs and office supplies. Although the building suffered a major 9 alarm fire in 1998 the advertisements remained intact.

The chair advertisement as seen from the other side of the building, along with an ad for an unknown product named Slipknot and another unrecognizable ad above.
Mirror, mirror, on the wall: Or at least, an ad for a building that used to make them, as seen from Anthony "Rip" Valenti Way.
Both furniture and lumber are advertised in this painted ad on the side of a Friend Street building.
Although it's difficult to see, this ad mentions "expert service here," and is on the side of the now abandoned Forecaster of Boston building. Note old Rapids Parking sign underneath.
Just down from the Bulfinch Triangle, half of this ad is now seen better with the elevated Central Artery no longer in its way.
